First Test
For a test, knowing I can delete it later, is a badly scanned poor quality photo of one of the mobile disco setups I had in the mid 1970's. It was taken at the Earl Shilton Albion Sports and Social Club in Leicestershire.

Just to see if this works.
The fella in the picture was not me, it was Nick my fellow DJ.
I only went to the Albion once. It was such a dirty scruffy place full of lager louts that I never went again!
Yep! Fair comment, certainly in those days, but did you ever visit what I think was called the 'Worker's Institute' in Hinckley? Back in the 1970's they had benches around the walls for seating, no tables, nicotine coloured walls, and the beer was served from a trestle table. I had many a good game of darts there though!
Actually we had a good large crowd at The Albion on the disco nights who turned out to be really nice people once we got to know them, and there were never any problems with violence etc. Fond memories!
